AstroDevelopers is dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and skill development in software, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. The group bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world practice through workshops, hackathons, coding competitions, and mentorship. Built on teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, AstroDeveloper prepares its members for the fast-changing tech industry by engaging them in real projects, networking with professionals, and exploring emerging technologies.

What are the key topics/ technologies your group works on?

We bring computer science into space! Our main focus is developing broadly defined software for use in the space sector, but we don't limit ourselves to that — the projects we work on also cover other areas of computer science and information technology.

What are you currently working on?

We are currently running 5 projects:

COSMOS (Central Operations System for Mission Oversight and Support) - mission control system
High-Altitude Balloon Tracking App
Orbit Determination
Digital Twin
Cognitive Testing

Have you received any awards, distinctions, or completed notable projects?

Not yet, we are a newly established research group. All projects are still in the early stages of development.
