SUMMARY:MXene in LEO Analog Mission
DESCRIPTION:Parallel Ground Test for the IGNIS Mission\n\nUNIVERSEH AGH inv
ites students from its consortium partners to participate in the Parallel G
round Test for the Axiom 4, IGNIS mission on the International Space Statio
n, in the form of the isolated MXene in LEO Analog Mission. The mission wil
l begin with pre-training on 7 June at AGH, Building D3 (Habitat), and will
be carried out in the AATC’s (Analog Astronaut Training Center) Habitat (R
zepiennik Suchy, Poland) from 8 to 14 June 2025 (7 days in total).\n\nAnalo
g Astronaut Crew\n\nDuring the mission, a selected analog astronaut crew (4
participants) will conduct parallel experiments related to the MXene in LE
O project, developed by scientists from AGH. These experiments are part of
the broader research to be tested by the Polish project astronaut of the Eu
ropean Space Agency (ESA), Dr. Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski, on the Internat
ional Space Station.\n\n Read more about the MXene in LEO experiment: http

ng how to perform ground control experiments for ISS projects, – learning h
ow to document the ground testing phase according to ESA requirements, – le
arning how to carry out an analog mission, – developing transferable skills
such as project management, problem-solving, and teamwork during the execu
tion of experiments, documentation, and preparation of technical materials,
  – practising soft skills such as effective communication, collaboration, a
nd critical thinking at every stage of the project—from concept development
  to final documentation.\n\nApplication\n\nAPPLICATION DEADLINE: 5 June 202
