 . On 4 November at 3:00 PM, we will welcome representatives of Thorium Spac
 e, a Polish technology company developing advanced satellite communication 
 systems for both ground and space segments.  About Thorium Space Thorium Sp
 ace S.A. is a Wrocław-based technology company developing advanced systems 
 and subsystems for secure satellite communications in the Ku and Ka bands. 
 Its solutions are designed for commercial, government and defence applicati
 ons across both the ground and space segments. The company's ambition is to
  establish itself as a European provider of key satellite communications (S
 ATCOM) technologies. Thorium Space focuses on three main areas: Satellite t
 erminals and antennas – flat electronically steered array (AESA) antennas o
 perating in the Ku and Ka bands, designed for commercial, government and mi
 litary customers. Beamforming integrated circuits (BFICs) – proprietary app
 lication-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) for the ground and space segm
 ents in the Ka band. These are a key technology for electronically steered 
 antenna terminals. Satellite telecommunications payloads – modular digital 
 processors and active antenna arrays designed for communications satellites
 . As part of its research and development activities, supported by the Euro
 pean Union, the Polish Ministry of National Defence and the European Space 
 Agency (ESA), the company designs next-generation technologies that offer a
  high degree of flexibility in beam steering, coverage shaping, and power a
 nd bandwidth allocation. These capabilities enable more efficient use of va
 luable satellite resources. On 25 August 2026, Thorium Space S.A. shares de
 buted on the NewConnect market. The company is developing technologies inte
 nded to help it become a significant player in the European satellite commu
